About the webshop:
BRP Merchandise shop is a portal developed by Z-Profil in conjunction with BRP Sweden. It consists of four different categories : branded clothing, consumables, gifts, and expo.

As a selected BRP retailer you can order branded merchandise. The webshop is compliant with the CO-OP guidelines, withe the possibility to apply for marketing support via the marketing center/BRP.

How to place an order:
You can only order via your login which you receive by contacting brp@zprofil.se.

You can order from all categories in one order. Please note that some items i.e. clothes are ordered and put in production after you order. This mean the some products might be on backorder, if so you will be asked if you would like to wait for the backordered items or receive a split delivery.

You order by entering the quantity you want of each item, some items can have both the brand logo/logos and you dealer logo. Please write what brand and dealer logos it in the box next to the item. Then press add to basket.

Check your order confirmation to make sure its correct and that you have noted the expected delivery times.

For your first order of dealer branded products, we will ask you to send us your logo/logos in .eps format. This is to ensure that we have the correct logo. The logo will be saved in our system for future use

If you change your logo or have multiple logos please contact us.

Prices:
All prices in the shop exclude tax.
If you reside outside EU an import tax might be added upon delivery.

Shipping:
Orders exceeding 15000 SEK excluding tax, shipping is free of charge
Otherwise 295 SEK/package
(15000 SEK is about 1500€, 295 SEK is about 30€)
For pre-orders, we reserve the right to charge shipping separately.

Delivery:
If you have ordered dealer branded products normal delivery time is about 4 weeks.
Save your order confirmation so you can keep track of expected arrival.

Payment:
All orders in the shop will be digitally invoiced to you as a dealer.
If you have received a prepaid gift card enter the code at checkout. The terms and conditions of the invoice are according to Swedish standard practice for B2B invoicing.

Returns:
If you have purchased dealer branded products returns are not valid unless a product defect is found.

For returns of BRP-marked goods, please contact brp@zprofil.se and we will send you a consignment note. The return freight is invoiced to you.

PLEASE NOTE! From an environmental standpoint we would like you not to order more than you think you will use and then return left over items. This also help us ensure the shop is a service to all dealer and as far as possible to make sure that goods are kept in stock.

Co-Branding:
We follow BRP´s guidelines and will not Co-brand with brands outside the BRP family.

Forward Planning:
If you know you needs for the long term perspective, please contact us for a reservation of merchandise. This helps us to replenish and keep a good stock to service all dealers.
This will also guarantee that you receive the goods in time.
